Wendy Romeu founded Alluvionic in 2013 to provide right-sized solutions for businesses seeking support with project management, process improvement or CMMI accreditation. She found her passion for this type of ‘problem-solving’ while working for various publicly-traded corporations where she helped implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, worked on processes & procedure improvement, and established Project Management Offices (PMO). Wendy understands that growing into the person you wish to be isn’t always easy, which is why she coaches with the weVENTURE IGNITE 360 mentoring program so she can help others like herself who might be working full time and raising young children. After challenging herself to complete night and online classes at several colleges, Wendy eventually obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in MIS from Florida State University. In 2018, she received the weVENTURE Women in Business Award.
